Kidnapped!

     Lightshimmer padded silently through the shadowy place that she had resided since her fight with Hawksky, the Dark Forest. Her ears were pricked and her eyes were peeled, because she knew that any cat that let their guard down in this place would regret it. Still, she hadn't met many other cats besides Storm, which bothered her slightly. It made the place seem empty and eerie, somehow.

     Her head turned sharply to one side, and her eyes narrowed. She had heard something. Her tail flicked once before she went to investigate. She was nervous. She had been a medicine cat, so she barely knew any fighting moves, besides the ones Bramblewhisper had taught her all those moons ago...

     She shook her head. It almost physically hurt to think about her mentor. And in her lapse of concentration, something struck her from behind and pinned her down on her belly. She tried to turn around and claw at her attacker, but whoever it was, they were strong. The scent coming from the other cat told her that it was a tom. He kept her neatly pinned, and when she tried to call out from help (who would come to here aid here, anyway?) he stuck a ball of moss in her mouth. Before she could spit it out, something hit the back of her head, hard.

     The world around her faded to black, and she could hear the chuckling of her attacker before she fell unconscious...

     Hawksky paced around her usual spot in Starclan. She had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach, but she couldn't figure out why. Owl and Creamkit watched her, looking very worried about their friend.

     "It's obvious you still care about her, just go and apologize!" Owl burst out suddenly, glaring at the anxious she-cat.

     Hawksky stopped pacing and turned to look at him. "Wh-what are you talking about? Of course I don't! She means nothing to me! At...at all!" She sputtered.

     Owl narrowed his eyes at her. "I know you're lying. Plus, if you ARE telling the truth, I WILL make you regret it. Lightshimmer is my friend, too."

     Hawksky flinched as he said the name. "Oh...okay. You're right...I am worried about her." She sighed. "I just...I don't know what to do...What if she hate me now?"

     "Oh please, Hawksky. She doesn't hate you. I bet you anything she misses you too." Owl meowed, rolling his eyes. "Just go and see her. It can't hurt."

     "...Fine. I guess I will. Be back later." Hawksky relented, and ran off.

     Owl and Creamkit exchanged a glance, both looking very amused.
