Lightningclan Patrols

Dragonpaw hurried after the patrol he was on, eager to prove himself to his leader and deputy. He was better at battle training than hunting, but he'd have to make do. He glanced at Brookpaw, the other apprentice of the patrol, before the patrol split up to hunt.

By the time they got back together again, Dragonpaw was proudly sporting his catch of a plump rabbit and two squirrels.

Flowerpaw ran after her patrol, her tail high up in excitement. What was Waterclan like, she wondered. Were they as fun as Lightningclan? She skidded to a stop when she almost ran into Tallsmoke, and flattened her ears apologetically. She helped the others mark the border, and they went on their way without even seeing a whisker of a Waterclan cat. How disappointing.

Nutpaw started skittishly at every sound she heard as they neared the Earthclan border. What if someone from across the border attacked her? Would her clan mates be able to defend her in time? She stood frozen in fear until someone snapped at her to help mark the border. She nearly jumped out of her fur and ran to do so.
